Breath: the quiet key to your well-being

You take 20,000 - 25,000 breaths a day. Doesn't it make sense that something you do thousands of times every day has an influence on how you feel? Think of your breath as a remote control for your nervous system. It can help shift you from stress to calm (sometimes within as little as 90 seconds).


Without even realizing it, many of us have developed unhealthy breathing patterns - just because it happens automatically, doesn’t mean it’s ideal. Learning how to make your breath work for you, not against you, has a significant influence on your physical as well as mental well-being and might be the missing tool in your toolkit.

Hi, I'm Anja, an enthusiastic ocean-lover, lifelong learner and curious freediver with a dog (and, let's be honest, ice cream) obsession. I'm a certified Intesoma® Breathwork Facilitator, Breath Coach, and Yoga teacher. Ever since discovering the powerful knowledge about the breath and nervous system, I'm passionate about making it accessible to as many people as possible. That's the great thing about the breath after all: you always carry it with you, you don’t need any fancy clothes or expensive apps to be able to work with it, it's accessible to literally everyone.
